Guests will have exclusive access to the complete house that includes a full open plan self catering kitchen, dining, living room, as well as sitting areas in front of the house.

Interaction with Guests
Far enough away for guests to enjoy their privacy, yet close enough to assist with any issues that may arise and co-ordination of activities.

There are no banks in Otres, there are ATM's.
Banking is done in Sihanoukville, which is about 7 kilometers away.

There are many services offered in and around Otres Village. Laundry services for example, there are also a great variety of foods available, from Seafood, Steak, Italian, Indian, Chinese, German, French, etc. etc. , not to mention the excellent traditional Cambodian dishes.

The Neighborhood Overview
The house is situated on the outskirts of Otres Village, surrounded by lush greenery, nearby is the Temple, so monks will commonly be seen at the local shop just a few meters away.
About 1.5 km away is Otres Beach, which offers a variety of restaurants and activities including sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, etc.
There is also horse riding just a few steps away. Should you get bored, a short ride away is the Water Falls for a perfect picnic getaway for adults and children.
Also boats are easily hired to take you to some of the many other unspoiled islands nearby.
In the Village, there are many local shops and restaurants providing services for an all round family village environment.
